What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Bluecap treats personal information that Bluecap collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, IP address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Bluecap does not own or control, or to people that Bluecap does not employ or manage.

What data are we processing

Bluecap collects personal information when you register with Bluecap, and when you use Bluecap products or services. The data we process includes your name and email address, browser type, IP address, and your activity on our site. Once you register with Bluecap and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Bluecap automatically receives and records information on our server logs, including your IP address, Bluecap cookie information, and the page you request. Bluecap may set and access Bluecap cookies on your computer. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Bluecap’s cookies.

Your Ability to Edit Your Account Information

You can edit your Bluecap Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time. Users can opt out of receiving future marketing communications or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in a message they receive. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Bluecap service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Bluecapaccount, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
